All non-EU applicants who are not exempt must pay the Graduate Admission Application Fee. If you’re unsure whether or not you may be exempt, you can check on the Graduate Admission pages.
The Graduate Admission Application Fee costs 750 DKK
The fee is 750 DKK per applicant, per admission year. One application fee covers all your applications within the admission round for that year.
You must pay by the application deadline
If you do not pay, or you do not upload documentation showing that you are exempt from payment, your application(s) will not be processed.
Applicants who are exempt must not pay the Application Fee
Do not pay the application fee if one of the following apply to you:
If you are unsure of your status, please check under ‘Application Fee’.
If you experience problems using the CBS Webshop, you can email graduateadmission@cbs.dk. Make sure to write "My application fee" in the subject line of your email.
The reimbursement process takes months
CBS reimburses anyone who pays the Application Fee by mistake, or who is accepted and still enrolled in their study programme as an active student by 1 October.
The reimbursement process therefore first kicks off in October, and you can expect to receive your reimbursement money by early January. This also includes applicants who pay the Application Fee by mistake as well those receiving a reimbursement on account of still being an active student on 1 October.
